A: Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (Apple or Google) you used to create your account. Check your internet connection and try force-closing the app.
A: Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data and cannot be undone.
A: Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices. Check your internet connection and go to Settings → Sync → Force Sync.
A: Wait a few minutes for the transaction to process, then force-close and reopen the app. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If still not resolved, contact support with your transaction ID.
A: Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select ComiCal → Cancel Subscription.
A: Subscription credits reset monthly (use it or lose it). Purchased credit packs never expire. See your credit breakdown in Settings → Credits.
A: Check your internet connection and make sure you have enough credits. Try again in a few minutes. If credits were deducted, they will be automatically refunded.
A: Try adding more details to your journal entry. Use descriptive language about what you want to see. The AI works best with clear, specific descriptions.
A: Video generation can take 2-5 minutes. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and don't close the app during generation. You'll receive a notification when it's ready.
